I am unable to use my ESim which I have recharged with IR world pass.
I raised a complaint with Airtel customer care and appellate.
They suggested various steps, but I could not connect to the network automatically or manually.
Finally they came to a solution that my physical sim is damaged due to various reasons. Please see below

As mentioned our last correspondence, we would like to inform you that, your SIM seems to be faulty. SIM can get faulty due to dust, electric shock from battery, static electricity discharge, short circuit, physical damage to the chip or degraded material

Later when I confirmed that my sim is ESim, they are telling that it is deactivated.
I want to use my Sim or get a refund/compensation
