Hi
I am using Vodafone connection from last one month and I am unable to use the internet services and call services smoothly regarding which I complained almost four times for the last complaint they have mentioned that my area of residence is not covered by their towers adequately so keep using the Vodafone for next days we assure we solve your issue.
I mean they want me to use Vodafone for next 3 months and facing issue and pay my bills also that’s totally unacceptable.
when I asked them sir wait for 3 months and that’s all we can do.
