With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the network and internet connection has not worked for the last 1 week. I have made several calls on customer care and also complaint in airtel thanks app (With Complaint no CONOU3EST20220608929141)– but I haven’t get proper response.To attain every call I have to always go outside but this is not possible for work. All airtel users facing such problems in my area. My location address as mentioned below.

I saw your advertisement for airtel fixing such type of internet,network and no signal issue so I am requesting you otherwise I have to port my all no in vodafone or jio.
Because now it is very difficult to wait for this.
It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
