I have recharged my airtel account on 31st August ,Tuesday. After the recharge got successful the internet issues come. I have complained on the 198 number also at that time then also no quick response is not there. They told me to visit the nearest airtel store and I visited the airtel store then they said to change the sim and I have changed the sim. But on the next day after the new sim got activated then also I am unable to use the internet at that time also. Then again I visited the airtel store that after changing the sim also the internet is not working and they told we cannot do any thing. And I fell very very bad by hearing this they said your issue will resolve till 13th Sep. But during this time what I do without internet I am workless without it. I am using airtel because of good service and all but after this I am helpless. The customer care is telling you have to wait until the 13th Sep and the airtel store is saying we can’t do anything in this. Then why you have opened the store?????? For giving this kind of service!!!!! I have expected that my issue will resolve in atmost 4-5 days but it’s not done yet and I am workless, hopeless & too much frustrated. I have never faced this kind of issue. I know sometime it happened but there is some particular time to resolve it but here its 15-20 days which is almost half a month and I can’t do anything because I have paid the money to the airtel and my 15-20 days internet is got wasted for this reason. I have used other company sim card also but if there is any issue then they it within 4-5 days which is enough because if you are running any company which is popular worldwide then you have to maintain your reputation in the market. And 4-5 Days are more than enough if any problem occurs.
Now I’m not requesting because of this kind of service I’m telling that give my money back of the recharge or solve the problem now only because it’s already 5th Day of the recharge and the complaint also. I’m very much happy before this by using the internet but now after this I will never recommend to use airtel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
