I am Amritpal Singh , From ROURKELA, ODISHA (SUNDARGARH) District . I am using AIRTEL since 2-3 yrs for its good network connectivity & FASTEST INTERNET among all other Operators . But from last few months i am facing network problem & unstable internet connection/ slow connection. I stay in the main Area of rourkela i.e Main Road Near Rourkela Railway Station . I am struggling hard to watch videos in youtube at 240p then imagine what would be the situation if i watch video at 1080p & Hardly i could listen to song mp3 online.
I so much harassed & fed up with airtel , now i dont have patience to wait to get good internet connectivity. I face this issue in most of the places of Rourkela, Also i had sim replacements many times .Till Now there is no airtel tower setup in my area. Airtel is only fooling its customers by showing ads i.e zero complaints , fast internet , no buffering , good network .
Now i think its the time to switch to other network like vodafone

Kindly look into this matter seriously or i should request for port out
