- Myself Shreya Shinde and my husband name is Sameer Shinde we have decided to port in Airtel family plan of rs 649 Sameer Shinde no 9922686708 this is the primary no port in has been done with Airtel in August 2018 same time he has concern with networking as well as data connection he is not able to use data at all same time the another no 9270403028 this is the adorn no but due to M K Communication agency of Airtel there mistake port in has been done for no 9270403028 after 2 months on 27th October 18 on that date till 6th of November 18 i am not able to use data nit able to connect so many time complain has been done on IVR still no resolution same this repeatedly we have to explain call center people after that one senior executive mr Nirmal explain due to primary no is not able to use data that is the main reason adorn no is not able to use
But now we are so much frustrated for last 2 month we are paying bill amount even we are not able to use data for both the money are charged.
Worst Airtel service we are facing so much issue
M K commCommunication people they misguide customer
Now we are not able to make port out with another service provider
No response from Airtel team how we can continue with Airtel
