I have a normal red mi phone with jio sim when I did my recharge on 5 November 2018 of 153 on 7972482824 it was for only jio phones but it accepted my payment and the recharge was not done . When I had a word with support people the told me it was only jio phone recharge then why the website did nt gave me any error . I want the refund for the same
