Hi,
I reside in 400705. The Airtel internet service have been poor from last month in my area. I tried complaining to Airtel about this in Airtel Thanks App but I was always reverted from my complaints because of the IVR and I couldn’t talk to any customer care personal. Still after lodging complaint over IVR, I got no response in return nor did any customer care personal try to contact me regarding this issue. Later I did complaint again few more time but had no fix to my issue.
I work from home due to the current lockdown situation in the area I live in and it’s impossible to do any work of mine, which is online based, without a proper internet service. I request a quick look through my complaint ASAP and please do the needful as I have been facing this issue from over a month now.
Looking forward to my issue being fixed from Airtel side and getting a reply from Airtel regarding the complaint.
