Text of Complaint by Krishna:

My recharge is failed. It says your recharge is initiated. Airtel already debited my payment Rs 249 but still I didn’t receive any message of data pack to my airtel number.

I didn’t think, Airtel can be irresposible for the customers. But Airtel is really irresponsible.

I request you to please help to refund my money or recharge on the numbers. thanks
