Since yesterday I have been trying to use the steps for converting  my SIM to eSIM but every time I am getting SMS that my email is not valid.Now I want to change my email id that also I am not able to do.In covid pandemic it is not advisable to go to Airtel office but still I visited twice to near by office and I have not been attended properly .

I am trying to reach over by telephone that also I am not able to ..
