Text of Complaint by Farakh Numan:

My phone got locked even after paying all the EMI’s to Samsung sure on time.

I am unable to hard reset my phone as it is showing MDM doesn’t allow hard reset.

Even i can’t unlock it using the patern. I need to unlock my phone as it is locked by KNOX
