Text of Complaint by Dhruv Singhal:

I am not able to use the balance amount available in my paytm wallet account. The PayTM app shows the option to transfer the balance to my linked bank account, but does not complete the transaction.
It is also not possible to use the balance in my paytm wallet account to make any payment to any service
