I called around 6 to 8 times trying to lodge a complaint regarding poor network reception, their extraordinarily elaborate IVR is utterly misleading and keeps sending me in circles.
I went through a different option and got connected to an executive who told me that she was transferring my call to the relevant department and then disconnected. She also gave me a number to connect to an executive directly, when I call that number it again leads me to another exceptionally elaborate IVR.
Now I have wasted more than an hour and my complaint is not even registered.
