Dear Sir/Madam,

I Sandeep Kumar Shastri have tata sky account since 6-7 years whose subscriber i.d is 1113764250. I’m very regular customer of tata sky and i was very much satisfied earlier. From 7-8 months i’m facing regular problem from tata sky. Whenever i try to take emergency topup facility, a message comes to my RMN that this service can not be availed to you. I don’t know why but this message comes whenever i try for emergency topup through miss call number or s.m.s or ivrs. Many times i did complaints to customer care number to executive/senior desk/supervisor desk but no one is able to resolve my problem from long time. Everyone commits false only that your problem will resolve within 24 hrs but problem remains the same. I’m fed up with these kind of false commitments and the problem. Yesterday i talked to one of the supervisor and shared my problem then he registered my problem and said i cant help you right know and you have to wait for 24 hours, any executive will contact you and will resolve your problem but a message came just now that “Dear Subscriber, your request number 1FN8MCSJ is resolved. Happy viewing” without talking to me and my problem is still the same. This is totally false.
So, my request is to you that please resolve my problem and allow me to take all facilities committed by your company including “emergency topup” or otherwise i have to take advice from “consumer forum” desk or i will port my connection to any other DTH service provider which i don’t want to you because i’m using tata sky from long time and i was satisfied earlier.
