Hi,
I am using vodafone idea since several years but facing now connectivity issues and in order to port the sim i am unable to send SMS to 1900 even after trying several times.
There problem is neither addressed nor resolved by vodafone even after contacting several times.
This type of behavior is not acceptable from VI .
Seeking prompt action.
