Text of Complaint by gregory paul:

Paytm is giving problem as i am unable to send or receive money.

when on pay option its asks for KYC .. when I want to complete it says ” SOMETHING WENT WRONG”   There is no helpline no. to call .. i want my balance back to my bank .. I don’t want to use PAYTM..
