My mother had ordered a saree online worth Rs. 1199. When the product arrived, the quality was bad and we were not happy with it. We wanted to return it. But their website is not accepting or processing the return of product requests. I tried to call them but the number is constantly coming as switched off. I have already mailed them but I got no response. Please address the issue.
