Dear team ,
I have bought one product on 4th jan 22 , but due to some size issue I made return request . When your delivery guy came for pickup, he said some EN no. Is mismatch which was happening from past few days with Ajio. So I have to contact customer service to resolve this issue. Since till date I called customer service atleast more than 10 times to resolve the same but didn’t get the satisfactory answer. As per customer service guy my order’s return eligibility date will expire on 10th feb 22.
Today again I called customer service but he hold my call atleast for an hour. This is pathetic response I have received from any Brand name.
Now I will not going to use Ajio website in future and make sure no one in my contacts also.
