This is regarding one of my recent purchase Order ID # 1192706 26732077853403. I am trying to return the product as the size is big. I have raised a return request twice already. Everytime i raise a request i will het a call from pick up person who is the other place in another state and not at my address where the product was delivered. They will cancel return pock up saying something is technically wrong and address is poiting to different state’s city. I tried to follow up qith customer support but they are not helping in anything.
After this same thing is happening again with one more order: Order ID # 1192810 54383531915503.
I was a happy customer from many yers but these incidents occurred recently have shaken up my trust in this application. Please help in returning my product and get a refund.
