Text of Complaint by P G CHERIAN:

I had purchased a Skyraptor Smart Eyewear Just Corseca website on February 26th, 2023 (Order 68707). Unfortunately, when I received the product it was damaged and the charging cable and user manual were missing. Therefore, I was unsatisfied with the purchase and have been requesting them to take the product back and to give an immediate refund, from March 4, 2023. Despite writing numerous emails I haven’t got any reasonable response from their side. They are ignoring all my mails
