Hdfc Ergo is allowing to renew my existing health which lapsed on 2nd June 2023. Unfortunately, I was out of the country for personal reasons during that time, which caused the policy to expire without renewal. I also haven’t received any reminder email to renew the policy. I have reached out to HDFC Ergo to help me but they have denied to help me renew the policy.
