Sir,
I am using SBI credit card with exclusive offers for filling fuel at Bharat Petroleum. On accumalation of reward points, it had been redeemed by coupons for use at KFC restaurant and Pizza Hut. But, both KFC restaurant and Pizza Hut are refusing to redeem the coupons for the past 4 months. Hence, I am unable to redeem the coupons availed till now.
