Hi, i’ve been doing followup with these paytm people on their app and twitter but of no avail, they kept on asking to send documents even though i am logged into my paytm account, they have designed this app to loot people, i have my details with them and even after providing docs they r unable to resolve my issue.
There are multiple contacts but it kept on asking for more details, please do something I dnt want to be charged extra because of their app issue, i am stuck with no options here, kindly help i need this to be sorted ASAP.
