Dear Sir/Madam
I am unable to recharge my abovementioned number (9873299322)although I am able to receive WhatsApp messages through wifi on the said number.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that I am able to recharge immediately. Due to lockdown and the resultant financial constraints, I was unable to recharge in the intervening period.
I tried to contact Vodafone via phone but it was of no avail. I also contacted Vodafone’s VIC through WhatsApp on the said number but it was of no use. Ultimately I was left with no recourse but to email my complaint to the email provided on its website. Twice I emailed to Vodafone customer care but both times my email bounced back.
Left with no other option I am constrained to file this Complaint.
It would be pertinent to state that the fact that I am able to receive WhatsApp messages on the said number only goes to show that the number 9873299322 is still active.
