Text of Complaint by Mathew Jacob:

I am unable to make outgoing calls from my phone for the past 5 days due to their enept service.

All my bills are paid.

I am unable to rechange as NO VOICE PLAN is activated on MY JIO App !!

Out of desperation I have even recharged the Cricket Plan for 250/- and another data plan of Rs 101/- None of these plan activate my voice outgoing.

The help desk of JIO is a disaster and keep saying that due to Inter-connect call issue this problem of there and will be resolved soon. This is the status for the past 3 days. 

I have visited your Reliance Digital outlet to buy a plan – they also cannot recharge. I have gone to your website which also does not show the option to recharge my phone with a voice plan ???

How can you treat your customer for the past 3 years in such a callous manner ?

How do you expect me to operate without making outgoing calls ?????
