Dear sir,

I Am using airtel last 4 months. Mobile number is 8148010319.

I have top up rs 400 for 3 month back… I tried to recharge my mobile but not done. I contacted customer care they told update my kyc to we@airtelbank.com.

I am already sent 2 month back. But they are still not uptated.. Again I call customer care they told again one week.. Kindly resolve as soon as possible
