Respected Sir/Madam,
From 07th September 2020. I was trying to get PORT code from Vodafone, for this I had sent message to 1900 PORT 8657739360 in response of this, I got message Cancellation message mentioning. “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. please contact 1900”.
I have received call so I have told him that I just want to port out from vodafone kindly help me on that but call got hangup,
So requesting you just help me to port out, I don’t want to continue with Vodafone IDEA Network.
