Text of Complaint by Ankur Aggarwal:

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ankur Aggarwal and I am from Delhi.
I had planned a trip to Bhimtal in the month of May 2020 and for the same I had paid a booking advance of Rs. 9000/- to Tag Resorts Lavanya Bhimtal in the month of March 2020 (reservation voucher attached).
The booking was done on a condition that I will get a 100% refund if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior to the check-in date, for which I had paid some extra money to the hotel.
Sighting the Corona scare and the lockdown, I cancelled the booking on 9th April and the same was done over the mail. Initially I was told that once the lockdown is lifted, they will adjust my advance against any future bookings to any of their resort, to which I refused.
Later on, I was told that I will get my refund once the lockdown is lifted, since their office was also closed and all this was communicated over the mail.
Since that day, I have dropped several mails to their bookings and accounts department for the refund status, but nobody has even bothered to revert on the same.
I request you to kindly get my money refunded and strict action to be taken against the Tag Resorts Lavanya for the way they treat their guests.
