Text of Complaint by Vivian Bullock:

I called to make reservations for Nov. 21 to the 25 with Hampton Inn, in Goodyear, AZ. Apparently the number I got was not to the hotel, but to a place called “getaroom.com”. When I tried to cancel the reservation, I was told there are no refunds. I paid a great deal of money for that room that I cannot make use of and apparently this place will not refund my money. My bank will not cooperate with my dispute of the charge either because the letter I sent to them came back with the wrong address, so they didn’t get it and considered I didn’t care. I am 85 and not in good health and need that money if I’m not able to use it.
