Hi,
My Incoming Services (Calls and SMS) and outgoing SMS Service are stopped on both number 9099385241 and 9099096324. Also I have already made recharge on both numbers with validity 28 days. Only outgoing calls are activated. this is very strange behavior like outgoing call happens but incoming is not working.
After converting my number from postpaid to prepaid connection, I am facing this issue. and this issue is from 24-Nov-2018.
I had also called customer care of vodafone, Vodafone executive was saying that, it is activated please try from different handset.
I have also tried in two different handset. but same issue exists. While calling to these numbers, it is saying that “incoming call facility is temporarily unavailable on this number”.
Second time, after many waiting time, I was able to call customer care of vodafone. Vodafone executive was saying that, please contact to near Vodafone Store.
I have also visited to Vodafone mini store located near Memco cross road, naroda road, ahmedabad. But Vodafone mini store executive also unable to activate my incoming services and outgoing SMS Sevices. he had said, please contact to Vodafone Customer Care.
At calling to customer care, it is coming waiting time of 30 minute sometimes 67 minute sometimes 22 minutes.
So, I had visited to Main Vodafone Store located at Stadium cross road, Ahmedabad. At Store, I had requested to activate my services. so he was saying that, i need to do recharge of 35, though, I had already recharge of 76. I had made recharge of 35 on this number 9099385241. then also my incoming services and outgoing sms services are not activated.
I had requested to make complaint, but he did not make complaint and went to lunch. and not coming back after half and hour also.
After many call to customer care, many visited to vodafone store, my issue has not been resolved yet.
Please do needful urgently. Because this is my main number and I have lots of trouble. Also I am not able to do other services like payment & login etc. Because I am not getting OTP also.
Please help immediately.
