Text of Complaint by Divakaran:

i become client of PAYTM since April 2018 and till now i was not able to transfer and receive any money because i was not KYC enabled. the icon is missing and unable to perfomr KYC since April 2018. Also the customer care is saying it was disabled not working and they are upgrading the servers and will happen soon since april 2018.
