I deeply regret filing this complain out of extreme frustration after calling JIO customer service innumerable times. Following is what has happened so far :
I had the above mentioned JIO postpaid number that I bought last year .
However the equipment became faulty about two months ago and I requested JIO to place my number ON HOLD until I could buy a new phone . But due to extended COVID ’19 breakdown I could only buy. new phone a few weeks ago.But ever since it is impossible to reach JioFi CUSTOMER SERVICE to reactivate my number.I have exhausted all options and called every customer care umber listed on your web site . I sent several emails to ‘JioCare’ and on each occasion I was informed the email address is not correct ? Can you help ?
I am losing customer confidence due to inactive number .
