From last 1 month I am trying to log complaint regarding Airtel Internet Service in my locality. It was too poor from couple of months. I am paying for 4G service, but I am getting like 2G speed.
Several times I tried to reach customer care section, but unable to reach customer service agent those numbers.
In Airtel website it is given for Complaint we may dial 198. I tried this but that unable to reach.
It is also given in Airtel website, For network issue cal 12118. But that too unreachable.
