Text of Complaint by Yarra Omkar Chowdary:

I Have ordered Eureka forbes vaccume cleaner and it is not upto the mark and i have opted for the return of the product. Technision visit has been completed on 4th Feb 2019 but flipkart is not updated their status and wasting my valuable time in resolving my concern to get the refund.Till now the product didn’t collected by the flipkart executives. Today date is 7th Feb 2019 and till i don’t have any progress made from the flipkart. I have wasted my valuable time in contacting flipkart customer care even though i have escalated a high escalation ticket.They are not making any progress from their side.There is no  resolution from Engineer level to Manager level. No one didn’t resolved my concern.They need to pay for my valuable time which i have wasted.
