I’m facing issues with this network and was trying to port/switch from Vi to other better network. Since its been 10days I’m not able to get UPC code while trying to port and getting “UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
I’ve seen lot many complaints against this similar issue. Telecom dept should look into this take necessary action on this ASAP.
