I have been contacting vodafone customer care for migration of postpaid to prepaid. after a long conversation i was asked to contact ANY vodafone store to have this done. They asked me to wait for 2 to 3 months which I did. But even after that when I visited Velachery chennai vodafone store Executive Selvam was very rude and denied to listen to me. called the customer care from there and the customer care executive assured that the migration can be done.as the excutive denied asked to talk to customer care executive which he went inside the room and spoke something then the customer care executive asked to wait for 1 more month.
The information given by all the customer care executive of vodafone is fake for which they have the call recording. I have to go through a pain with this. Velachery executive Selvam was rude and dont know if he had any personal problem he was not ready to listen to me.
Please help me to migrate from post paid to prepaid
