 Dear Gentleman,

I am in International Roaming for past 3 years, (Location : Saudi Arabia, Riyadh), Mobile Number : +919894853005
I am not able to receive the incoming and outgoing call for Past 2 months, Due to covid -19 , i didnt disturb your people , but After Partial lock down , My brother  visited to near by Airtel store ,(Annamalai nagar , Trichy @18th may 2020),
My brother Mr. Michel ,  spoke with the Mr. Ashoke and he suggested to contact the Mr. Gopi who is available in the office. (I was Listening all the conversation over the international call from my international number +966509131432)and Recordings were available.
Steps guided me over the Line : (Mr. Gopi)
1. Swap handset,
2.Mr. Gopi Cross checked the validity and balance, suggested to recharge  of 100rs. same done on the spot.
Complaints against Mr. Gopi.
1. Why Mr. Gopi is rude on the store. and after long dispute he accepted to take complaint. ( Regarding the complaint i didn’t receive any message or call to my number or the reference number which i shared)
2. Mr. Gopi confirmed that issue will be resolved on 20th may 2020, same day my brother visited the store , but Mr. Gopi refused to speak and arranged one girl ( she refused share the name to us),
 Her reply :: Please swap the sim card , because its 3G  Sim”
3. If Mr. Gopi having work pressure , customer is not responsible , he should behave polity? 
 
Need Clarifications:
1. whether we need 4G sim card to recieve normal incoming calls and outgoing calls for the customer who is in international roaming  ( As PerTRAI) ??? ) Note : I am having this issue for past 2 months only
2. Even though I have charged for the data usage on 18th may 2020 for International roaming (6.25 Rs * 3 times = 20Rs ), why i am charged,
3. I am receiving the signal and able to receive the incoming messages to my number.
4. Why Mr. Gopi informed us to call 121 customer care to resolve the issue. ?
“No Helping Mentality  in Airtel, Really i am unhappy with your service.” If you treat me like this , how you will treat the Laymen”
 
Note :  This was very serious  issue against the Store, If Store people cant fix the some problem , how Customer care people can resolve,  and also i am in international roaming and speaking to him.?
             If You people didn’t take any necessary action against the Mr. Ashoke,Gopi and that girl, sure i will make some legal actions.
