Not able to make any outgoing calls, whatsoever, for 2-3 months.
After about 2 months, registered complaint in Airtel to look into the problem on 27/12/2020, received a deadline of 06/01/2021 for resolution.
3 days later, called them again to check, they registered another complaint, this time deadline was 08/01/2021.
Few days later, I received a message complaint has been resolved, and closed(problem still unresolved though)
Called them, registered another complaint.
Few days later, gain received complaint resolved and closed.
I got angry, called them again, asked to talk to senior official.
He requested few more days.
Problem still unresolved.
Called again, this time talked to another senior executive, same story repeat all over again.
Each time a guy picks up, he says- ‘Oh, so you’re having issues with internet?’, when it’s clearly mentioned in the complaint it’s about outgoing calls, not internet.
One time a guy picked up and said-“It’s a temporary network issue in your area, will be resolved within 4 hours”.
So basically, I haven’t made any calls for about 3 months now, and have been dealing with these ‘CUSTOMER CARE’ officials for last 3 weeks, with no hope of resolution.
