Text of Complaint by Rajkumar:

We have been using Airtel broadband services for the past 10 years as individual(personal ccount). However, it seems Airtel has changed our accoutn into a business account without our knowledge. Thereafter, we are unable to make payments online. Several service requests, escalation tickets, emails to their121, esupport, enterprise, nodal, appellate authority has NOT received ANY response from them. All the service requests and escalation tickets are being closed as “RNR” (Ringing No Response) as if they tried calling me and I didn’t respond or answer their calls, which is completely a false claim. Apparently there is no action taken and they are simply closing the tickets. Unfortunately, I cannot reach appellate authority also, as whatever the SR number they are giving also seems to be false, and hence the IVR response of appellate authority says that the SR number is not valid and hence does not allow me to get connected to them. Pathetic service & I have been going through this for the past six months. If there is any one individual in the entire airtel who thinks that they are responsible, I challenge them to act upon this Escalation ID: 1-11022491470 raised on 23March2022.
