Text of Complaint by Dilip Kumar Saikia:

I recharged my prepaid mobile No. 9435031960 on 21-01-20 against TransID 200121195035, yet the same is not showing when I launch the Airtel app. Today, when I tried to contact Axis Bank customer care No. 18604195555, I got the audio msg. that I don’t have sufficient balance. This is very frustrating, to say the least. I expect the problem is resolve IMMEDIATELY, lest I will be constrained to change over to other service provider.
