I have been unable to make calls from my number 8876225339 despite having sufficient balance. I have recharged my number with an unlimited plan and despite that i keep getting the message “Your mobile doesn’t have sufficient balance”. This has become really frustrating as i have not been able to make calls despite having spent a good sum of money. It is a matter of grave concern when a citizen is denied a service even after having paid for it. Kindly look into it. Thanks.
