I am unable to make or receive calls and messages from my airtel number. However my internet services seem to work properly. None of your customer care guys can help me and i have no clue how to raise a service complaint as its not available on app or airtel site.
I was told to visit the branch for which i had taken an appointment which was confirmed via mail however you took an appointment for a branch which is not functional. Unnecessarily putting your customer at risk.
