Dear,
As I am using Airtel prepaid card. From last 36 hours I am in roaming and while being in this condition i am unable to make proper phone call and unable to use internet. And next 4 days I will be on roaming.
I request to Airtel to kindly reimburse my all services which I am unable to use in this periods.
It’s very much shameful from Airtel side.
I request you to kindly take the issue seriously.
