I am not able to login in Jiomart app for almost 2 months now. I was using this app for more than one year, but right now whenever I am trying to login with my phone number it is showing Invalid OTP everytime. I contacted customer care and also mailed the twice but they did not resolve the issue yet. As I know many customers are facing the same issue to use Jiomart app, looks like they are blocking the customer accounts without any prior information. By doing this they are indirectly forcing customers to open new account and increase total number of Jiomart accounts. The below mentioned two tickets raised by Jiomart- 6430214574 and 6440537137.
Please do the needful so I can use my account again. Thanks!
