We have order 6 quantity of jar sets which each set consists 12 jars costs around Rs. 501.
Total amount paid 3006 for all 6 quantity.
Total I need to get 72 jars as per the quantity I have ordered.
But I have received only one set which consists 12 jars that too defected jars.
As soon as we have received parcel from the ecom express courier partner( AWB no: 3216858599), we have filed the complaint in meesho customer care for the missing items to get the refund of Rs.2500.
But they have replied below mail to us:
We understand your concern regarding the missing quantity received on Order ID:- 210173598863.
As per verification of our records, we are unable to process your claim, as it is not meeting our policy guidelines.
They have denied to refund for missing items.
I have again rechecked with the delivery boy regarding quantity of the parcel. He has told that they have received only one jar set.
Why I have to pay extra 2500 for which I did not get the product.
I have all proofs to prove that I did not get the product.
