Dear Sir,
I am existing customer of Airtel since more than 10 years and holding 2 numbers
- 88xxxxx61
- 988xxxx85
Currently Im residing outside India – UAE and registeredĀ above numbers for all my OTP other transaction related transactions but its been more than 3 months that im am not able to receive the network andĀ after repeated complaint to Airtel 121 , Appellate(Karnatka) and Nodal officer(karnataka- Higher Authority) unable to solve my problem initially they have said the first number is damaged and i need to get duplicate sim card which i agreed considering my current location as well but now the same issue with my second number as well but the Airtel support unable to resolve my issues even though some repeated reminders and im suffering for my transactions. can you please consider this as urgent issue and seek your immediate resolution on the issue.
Note : im doing monthly recharge to keep my number active
