Unable to get Data recharge Benefit. IVR doesn’t have option to speak to customer care executive. Consuming data in a double speed past 2 days

Complaint 1: Both Above recharges never credited to my Account but money was deducted immediately from my phone pay wallet linked to Jio App. They offer you Emergency Recharge option but when you do the recharge it doesn’t credit for the usage

complaint 2: Ever Since i recharged their booster recharge Once, They started deducting my data with double speed. The same 1.5 GB data i was able to use for an entire day earlier.
Now the data is finished without any substantial video streaming.

Complaint 3: When you call their complaint desk 198 or helpliine no 199, The IVR keeps telling you about the recharge plans but never gives you an option to speak to customer care executive who could listen your Problem. Really pathetic service. taking users for granted and causing them huge mental agony each time they want to escalate the issue.
