Channels like 878, 882,278 ( to name a few) are not working on Airtel DTH since 14th Jan 2020. Complaint is made through Airtel service number 198 on the same date.
No response so calling everyday until today ( 19 Jan 2020) since then no action has been initiated from their end. Everyday minimum I am spending 20 to 30 mins to convey the problem at different levels of customer care persons of AIRTEL DTH.
They have not taken any of my words seriously , even though I said that I am going to approach the consumer forum in this regard. Loosing money without using them, mental agony and loss of time…it’s really a very ignorant way that the air tel is treating their customers.
