Hi
My Airtel Preapaid Mobile no is 9008188996. I had recharged for INR 1498 (unlimited calls for the whole year valid till June 2021) , but, i am unable to call toll free nos (especially to connect to my banks)
I tried calling the customer care 121, but it always says register your complaint on Airtel app. There is no provision to raise a complaint on Airtel app, i am trying to reach customer care for last 01 month but of no use
I am also attaching the recharge details done on 28 June 2020
Kindly help me in resolving my issue
