I have ordered a product in amazon, but unfortunatley they have not deliver the product, so i contacted customer care , they mentioned that product they mentioned the product was lost somewhere indelivery and unable to track,so they arranged a replacement of same product with out any handover of old product as it is not delivered to me. I waitied for more than 15 days for this product. but not delivered as per promised.again they are asking me to place a new product and wait until it get deliver. So please consider my request take take action
